Makin' bread

We Mangels were given an awesome wheat grinder and have been making homemade bread for a few weeks now, and we thought we'd post the recipe because it's yummy and fun to get the whole family involved with it! :o) I found this recipe online.
Crystal Miller Bread
2 cups warm water
1 Tb yeast
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup oil (vegetable works well)
2 tsp salt
5-7 cups whole wheat flour (we like whole white wheat flour; it's not the same as "white flour;" it's a WHOLE wheat. If you use store bought whole wheat it will probably be a wheaty tasting bread, but the whole white wheat doesn't have a real wheaty taste, so we LOVE it!)
Combine the warm water, yeast, and honey. Let it rest for a few minutes. Add the oil and half the flour, mix. Add the salt and additional flour until the dough pulls away from the sides of the mixer. Make sure it isn't sticking to your fingers a LOT ; A little stickiness is ok because you are using honey. You can either let the dough rise in the bowl, covered with a wet cloth, then punch the dough after it's doubled in size, put it in bread pans and let rise again...or you can form loaves and put it in bread pans, let rise, and put in the oven... or you can form the loaves, put in bread pans (covered with wet cloth) and put in a warmed oven (200 degrees for like 10 minutes before putting bread in, then turn off oven); once risen, carefully! remove cloth and turn oven to 350 degrees and bake.
Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from pans and let cool a little before slicing. :o)
