Fun Fall Photos!

We decorated for Halloween a few days ago and bought some pumpkins to carve, too. They're big ones! Logan was really excited in the store when we were searching for good ones. He kept asking if we were going to carve them. :o) We'll show you what they look like when we carve them a little closer to Halloween.
Our punkin' on a punkin'!
Yes, it is "fall," but 'round these here parts it's still in the 80s! This is the first time we've had our sprinkler going this year, as it's been in a storage box. Daddy found it last week when he de-junked our shed. Too bad we missed out on sprinkler fun when it was 100 degrees out, but what can ya do? ;o)
Logan loves the water. We didn't have our own sprinkler this summer, but when we'd go on walks, neighbors would have theirs going and Logan would run through theirs a little before we'd head for another one and another and another. Good thing for good green-grass-loving neighbors!
Isn't he so cute? When he was little, we told him to "cheese" for the camera...now that's ALL he'll do. A word of advice to future parents: don't teach your kids things you don't want them to do FOREVER, because it just kind of sticks with 'em. lol

Ahhhhh memories!! We had an awesome location for the firetrucks as well... we were always the only ones that ever went out and were near the end of the route so they'd dump the rest of the candy on us!! I'm so excited to hear about your experiences in Italy!! I miss it so much. Maybe you'll get to see the new temple!! Thanks for posting a comment on my blog. I laughed because my first memory of you was elbowing Richard the first Sunday you were there and saying, "That's the EXACT color I want my hair!" Jealous of your weather! Kim
